William Channings Brannon, 78 of Lynn, died Thursday April 25, 2024 at his residence.
He was born September 10, 1945 in Lawrence County AR to William Talmadge Brannoin & Mary “Angie” Casper Brannon. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. He was an educator for many years and was a member of the Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church.
William was preceded in death by his parents, Talmadge & Angie; wife of 61 years, Connie Brannon; daughter, Dena Crafton; and brother, Bob Brannon.
He is survived by his daughters, Lisa Smith (fiancé Jackie Crews) and Kara (Rob) Britton; granddaughter, Paige Britton; grandsons, Trevor Jines, Rhett Crafton, Reed Crafton, and Carson Britton; great-granddaughter, Kennedy Jines; sister, Helen Lovan; and many other friends and families.
Visitation will be from 10:00AM-11:00AM Monday April 29, 2024 at Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church in Lynn.
Funeral services will begin immediately following visitation at 11:00AM with Jerry Chandler officiating.
Burial will be in Dry Creek Cemetery under direction of House-Gregg Funeral Homes of Walnut Ridge & Lynn, Arkansas.
