Bret Allan Sheets, 44, of Walnut Ridge, died April 20, 2024, in the Lawrence Hall Nursing and Rehab Center in Walnut Ridge.

Born April 22, 1979, in Pocahontas, son of Mark Edward and Sandra Kay Kellow Sheets. Bret was united in marriage to Michelle Crow on September 24, 1999. He was a Parts Manager for Cavanaugh Auto Group in Walnut Ridge. Bret enjoyed sports, motorcycles, guns, and knives; he collected Baseball and Football cards and was known for his talents smoking and grilling meats. His favorite pastime was spending time with his family and friends at his place on the river. He was a member of the Walnut Ridge City Council and of the Cache River Pentecostal Church in Sedgwick. 

Survivors include his loving wife, Michelle of the home; a son, Dylan (Trish Wilson) of Walnut Ridge; a daughter, Lydia Sheets of Walnut Ridge; his father, Mark Sheets of Newburn, TN; his mother, Sandra Kay Sheets of Walnut Ridge; his sister, Leslie Felton of Portia; three nephews, Riley, Carter and Jacob; his father and mother-n-law, Stanley and Henrietta Williams of Walnut Ridge; two brother-n-laws, Joey Williams of Jonesboro and Andy Williams of Walnut Ridge; a sister-n-law, Lural Pitcher of Rector; and many other relatives and friends.

Funeral Service will be Tuesday, April 23, 2024, at 1 P.M. in the Bryan Chapel with Bro. Rick and Everett Hart officiating. Pallbearers will be Brent Hufstedler, Billy Starnes, John Bennett, Cody Maxie, Parker Crum, James Jumper, and Danny Phillips. Honorary Pallbearers will be Keith Warner, Bryan Butts, Walnut Ridge City Mayor and the City Council Members. Interment will follow in the Lawrence Memorial Park.

Visitation will be from 11 A.M. till 1 P.M. in the Bryan Chapel in Hoxie.
