According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were incarcerated last week.
Erin Couch, 39 of Melbourne, was arrested on April 1st for domestic battery 3rd degree, criminal trespass, and disorderly conduct.
Larry Laird, 65, of Violet Hill, was arrested on April 3rd for careless driving and DWI.
Taylor Tidwell, 25 of Melbourne, was arrested on April 3rd for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and maintaining a drug premises. Tidwell was also charged as an habitual offender
John Ellenburg, 37 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on April 5th for possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct.
Gregory Ward, 37 of Melbourne, was arrested on April 7th for possession of a controlled substance, public intoxication, terroristic threatening 1st degree, disorderly conduct, and criminal mischief.
Timothy Walsh, 69 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on April 8th for possession of a controlled substance.
Nathan Staggs, 34 of Forrest City, was arrested on April 8th on a probation violation warrant out of Benton County.
Austin Deaton, 28 of Flippin, was arrested on April 8th for failure to register a vehicle, driving on a suspended driver’s license, DWI, and open container of alcohol. Deaton also had warrants out from Mountain Home and Sharp County for failure to appear for numerous traffic related offenses.
Sheila McCammon, 58 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on April 8th on a warrant out of Jackson County for probation violations. McCammon was also charged with resisting arrest.
William Lemmons, 32 of Calico Rock, was arrested on April 8th on a warrant for failure to appear out of the Izard County District Court.
