Authorities are reporting that a Flippin Arkansas woman has been found deceased on a county road outside Flippin.
On Wednesday, deputies with the Marion County Sheriff’s Office responded to County Road 7057 after they received a report of a deceased person.
Authorities have identified the deceased person as Alisha Gauger, age 41.
The Arkansas State Police are assisting local authorities with the investigation, no cause of death has been released.
