On Sunday March 31st at approximately 12:30 P.M. the Clay County Detention Center was dressing out and processing 39-year-old Jeremy Cox of Corning.

Mr. Cox was brought to the jail by Corning P.D. for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Fleeing on Foot.

During this process a small baggie of a white substance was found on Mr. Cox. Mr. Cox was booked in on the additional charges of Possession of Meth or Cocaine LT 2GM, Furnishing Prohibited Articles to a Detention Facility.
