The Fulton County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a man accused of sexual assault of a minor.
Richard Holstine, age 50 was arrested and charged with twelve counts of sexual assault along with child pornography charges.
Arkansas State Police Crimes Against Children Division and Fulton County Sheriff’s Office began the investigation into the incidents in 2023.
