According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were incarcerated last week.

April Payton, 28 of Tulsa, was arrested on February 20th for possession of a controlled substance, furnishing prohibited articles, obstructing governmental operations, resisting arrest, and a failure to appear warrant out of the Izard County Circuit Court.

Daniel Mayne, 42 of Greenbrier, was arrested on February 20th for contempt of court out of the Izard County Circuit Court.

Kodey Defries, 32 of Melbourne, was arrested on February 21st on a warrant for failure to appear out of the Izard County District Court.

Joshua Clark, 35 of Viola, was arrested on February 22nd for DWI, refusal to submit to a chemical test, and possession of a controlled substance. Clark was also charged as a habitual offender as well as a parole hold.

James Jones, 55 of Mountain View, was arrested on February 22nd on a warrant for failure to appear out of the Izard County Circuit Court.

Geneva Liveley, 39 of Mountain Home, was arrested on February 23rd for public intoxication and open container of alcohol.

Haylee Perkins, 20 of Mountain Home, was arrested on February 24th and is awaiting formal charges related to possession of a controlled substance.

Cameron Baker, 20 of Mountain Home, was arrested on February 24th and is awaiting formal charges related to possession of a controlled substance.

Lena Branscum, 44 of Dolph, was arrested on February 25th on a warrant for theft of property out of the Izard County District Court and driving on a suspended driver’s license.
