One person is reported dead, and two people injured in a crash in Clay County on Monday night.
According to Arkansas State Police Fatal Crash Report, Loyal Moore, age 76 and his passenger, Wilma Moore, age 78 of Corning, were traveling north on U.S. 67 north of Corning around 7:55 p.m. on Feb. 5th.
The ASP report stated that Loyal Moore made a u-turn while driving a 2016 Chrysler Town & Country and was struck by a 2012 Freightliner driven by Juan Rodas, age 44 of Houston Texas.
The truck overturned on southbound U.S. 67.
The ASP reports that Loyal Moore died at the scene and both Juan Rodas and Wilma Moore were taken to the Regional One Health Medical Center in Memphis.
