According to Sharp County Sheriff’s Office Chief Deputy Kevin “Bart” Simpson, the following individuals were incarcerated last week (1/3/2024-1/8/2024). An average of 56 inmates were housed in the Sharp County Detention Center daily.
Phillip Barnett, 41, of Cave City, was arrested for Absconding/White Warrant, Parole/Probation Hold.
Megan Brown, 41, of Batesville, was arrested for Battery 3rd Degree, Disorderly Conduct.
Jessica Camp, 41, of Williford, was arrested for Furnishing, Possessing, or Using Prohibited Articles, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Manufa Controlled Sub, Possession Body Pierce/Brand/Tattoo Instrument WO/ License.
Devin Cossey, 31, of Franklin, was arrested for Contempt of Court.
Amy Little, 43, of Hardy, was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance Sched. I, II Meth/Cocaine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Investigative Hold.
Randy Mitchell, 65, of Williford, was arrested for Simultaneous Possession of Drugs & Firearms, Possession of Firearms By Certain Persons, Manufacture, Possession and Transportation Illicit Still, Possession w/purpose to Deliver Controlled Sub Sched VI>=4OZ<25LBS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Meth/Cocaine, Investigative Hold.
Leo Noel, 49, of Hardy, was arrested for Simultaneous Possession of Drugs & Firearms, Possession of Sched. I, II Meth/Cocaine GT EQ 10GM BUT LT 200GM, Possession of Sched. I, II Meth/Cocaine LT 2GM, Possession of Sched. VI LT 4OZ, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Investigative Hold.
Luke O’Conner, 38, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested for False Imprisonment 1st Degree, Domestic Battery-2nd Degree.
Mari Raeber, 48, of Cherokee Village, was arrested for Possession of Sched. IV LT 28GM, Failure to Stop at Stop Sign.
Hunter Schreurs, 27, of Thayer MO, was arrested for Possession of Sched. I, II Meth/Cocaine GT EQ 10GM BUT LT 200GM, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Investigative Hold.
Jeannie Sisco, 42, of Hardy, was arrested for Failure to Appear-Misdemeanor on Criminal Trespass w/Possession of Prohibited Device x4, Possession of Controlled Substance.
Prestan Skaggs, 28, of Batesville, was arrested for Failure to Appear-Misdemeanor on Possession of Instrument of Crime, Driving on Suspend/Revoked DL, Fictitious Tags, and No Proof of Liability Insurance.
Ian Smith, 22, of Arkansas, was arrested for Driving or Boating While Intoxicated-1st Offense, Criminal Mischief-1st Degree <=$1000.
