Authorities report a 34-year-old Mountain Home man identified as Bradley Haines was arrested after the Mountain Home Fire Department responded to a fire at 328 South Kingswood Drive, the residence sustained Fire, smoke, and water damage.
Haines was arrested and charged with arson, cruelty to animals, and criminal mischief.
He was transported to the Baxter County Detention Center and his bond was set at $75,000.
