The Jonesboro Police released the following statement this week concerning the arrest of Jose Garza.
“Great job goes to our Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Division for the arrest of Jose Garza.
Garza was arrested for the rape of a 14-year-old female that occurred two years ago. The crime was recently reported to the Crimes Against Children. Garza was taken into custody on December 12, 2023, and appeared before Judge Boling today.
He received a $250,000 cash surety bond.
