According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were incarcerated last week.
Josh Jackson, 39 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on November 27th on a warrant out of the Izard County Circuit Court for theft of property, forgery, and fraudulent use of a credit card.
Audrey Howard, 27 of Heber Springs, was arrested on November 27th for violating conditions of bond out of the Izard County Circuit Court.
Joshua Jones, 42 of Pineville, was arrested on November 28th for driving on a suspended driver’s license.
Brandy Harwell, 45 of Dolph, was arrested on November 30th for fleeing, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Harwell also has a hold by Probation/Parole.
Aaron Obrian, 41 of Dolph, was arrested on November 30th for possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Obrian is also being charged as a habitual offender.
Timothy Morris, 59 of Calico Rock, was arrested on December 1st on a failure to appear warrant out of the Izard County Circuit Court as well as a warrant for probation violations.
Tyler Burns, 33 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on December 1st for violating conditions of bond out of the Izard County Circuit Court.
Alvaro Elias Mux, 25 of Batesville, was arrested on December 1st for driving left of center, careless driving, no driver’s license, DWI, and refusal to submit to a chemical test.
Derek Chadwick, 33 of Batesville, was arrested on December 2nd on a failure to appear warrant out of the Izard County District Court. Chadwick also has a warrant out of West Memphis for felony theft and fraudulent use of a credit card.
Alexander Legg, 22 of Calico Rock, was arrested on December 3rd for careless driving, DWI, and possession of an open container of alcohol.
