Authorities report that a woman from Williford was injured in an accident in Carter County Missouri on Wednesday.
Amanda Jones age 39 suffered moderate injuries when she drove off the road and struck an embankment and a tree. Jones was transported to Regional Medical Center.
Amanda Jones was charged with DWI-drugs, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway resulting in an accident, no liability insurance, and no seat belt.
Missouri Highway Patrol report the accident happened on Hwy C, four miles north of Eastwood.
