Ethan Barnes, mayor of Hardy was arrested over the weekend after he allegedly was caught by a University Police Officer urinating in public.
The incident occurred at the Arkansas State University football game on Saturday night.
Ethan Barnes, age 28 of Hardy was arrested and charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct and booked him into the Craighead County Detention Center on Sept. 23rd.
Barnes stated while visiting the campus he was not able to find a restroom and retreated to a wooded area where University officers encountered him.
Barnes will appear in court on Oct. 31.
