According to Chief Deputy Kevin “Bart” Simpson, the following individuals were incarcerated last week (9/19/2023-9/25/2023). An average of 74 inmates were housed in the Sharp County Detention Center daily.
Briah Bell, 42, of Cherokee Village, was arrested for Criminal Mischief-2nd Degree (Damage<$1000), Domestic Battering-2nd Degree.
Brooke Boyle, 20, of Rose Bud, was arrested for Failure to Appear-Misdemeanor on Possession of Controlled Substance.
Jesse Couch, 36, of Cherokee Village, was arrested for Rape, Sexual Assault-2nd Degree.
Willie Farris, 44, of Cave City, was arrested for Public Intoxication.
Melissa Farrari, 45, of Hardy, was arrested for No Seat Belt, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Meth/Cocaine.
Michel Gilpin, 34, of Cherokee Village, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct.
Lester Hamaker, 65, of Hot Springs, was arrested for Violation of a Restraining Order, Forgery-2nd Degree.
Jennifer Knez, 39, of Reno NV, was arrested for Public Intoxication.
Denver Morgan, 37, of Cave City, was arrested for Failure to Appear/Failure to Pay Time Pay x2 on Direct Contempt of Court, Possession of Instrument of Crime, Probation.
