Home Destroyed By Fire Wednesday Night
Shorty before 11pm on Wednesday night the Lawrence County Dispatch received a report of a house fire near Sedgwick.
Sedgwick Fire Department was paged to the residence on Hwy 63 just north of Sedgwick.
Chief Heath Ring informed us that Sedgwick was assisted by the Bono Fire Department with the blaze. Chief Rong said Lawrence County Deputies in the area were first on scene and reported the fire was fully involved when they arrived.
The residents were not at home at the time of the fire.
No injuries were reported, the Red Cross was notified to assist the family.
The structure was a total loss.
