Lanny Dale Fielder of Walnut Ridge passed away Monday, July 24, 2023, at St Bernard’s Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro at the age of 78. He was born January 17, 1945, in St. Louis, son of J. S. and Evelyn Berry Fielder.
He graduated from Hoxie High School and worked his entire career at General Electric in Jonesboro. He lived most of his life in Sedgwick.
He was an accomplished bowler and pool player and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and watching professional wrestling.
He was preceded in death by his parents, uncles Jack Berry, Tom May, and Eudoris Fielder, and an Aunt Arlene Fielder.
He is survived by aunts Reba Berry and Shirley May; cousins Gerald Fielder, Jeff Fielder, Tim Fielder, Mark May, Monte Townsend, and Darren May.
Graveside services will be Friday, July 28, 2023, at 12 P.M. in the Old Military Cemetery in Sedgwick. Pallbearers will be his family and friends.
Visitation will be from 10 A.M. till 11:30 A.M. in the Bryan Funeral Home in Hoxie.
