Traffic was stopped and backed up for an extended period on Thursday after a semi truck was off in the ditch and blocking all lanes of traffic south of Imboden on Hwy 63.
No injuries were reported in the incident. Imboden Fire, ProMed Ambulance, Lawrence County Deputies and Arkansas State Police were all dispatched to the disabled truck.
Cook’s Wrecker Service of Walnut Ridge was requested to the scene to remove the truck.
Damage was reported to the highway and shoulder of the road, Arkansas Department Of Transportation was notified by authorities.
Traffic was rerouted around the incident while the truck was being removed.
