Authorities in Lawrence County received a report of a disturbance at a residence on Lawrence 132 near Annieville around 11pm on Friday night.
Deputies from Lawrence County and the Arkansas State Police responded to the area to attempt to make contact with a male subject reported to be outside a residence.
Arkansas State Police spotted the individual and entered into a foot pursuit with the individual. Within minutes, the subject was caught by authorities. Further investigation into the matter revealed that a vehicle the suspect was driving had been abandoned in the middle of the road at the intersection of Lawrence 131 and Lawrence 132.
The suspect was identified as Justin Stahl, he was arrested by Lawrence County Deputies and taken to the Lawrence County Detention Center charged with Fleeing, Driving On Suspended, Careless/Prohibited Driving, No Proof Of Liability Insurance.
Stahl has a history of domestic violence and assault charges, his most recent arrest was for outstanding warrants in Randolph County.
