Jessie Ruth (Milgrim) Fultner, 89 of Hoxie passed away on April 10, 2023, at Flo & Phil Hospice House in Jonesboro following a short illness.
Born to the late Henry and Ollie Johnson Milgrim on September 18, 1933, in Lawrence County. She was united in marriage to John M. Fultner on July 10, 1953. She was a homemaker, loved her family, and enjoyed gardening, fishing, and hunting.
She was preceded in death by her parents; the love of her life, John; a daughter, Lavada Collins; and two sisters, Addie Mae Kennedy and Claire Lee Smith.
Survivors include four sons, Eugene of Paragould, Gary (Sherri) Fultner, Dewayne (Cindy) Fultner, and Jim Collins all of Hoxie; eight grandchildren, Stephania Edwards, Maranda (Steve) Light, Britney (Anthony) Vaughn, Jonathan (Amy) Fultner, Kyle (Ashley) Fultner, Jarrod and Jodie Fultner all of Hoxie, and Hannah (Hunter) Mounts of Walnut Ridge; twelve great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
Funeral Service will be Sunday, April 16, 2023, at 2:00 PM in the Bryan Chapel with Bro. Glenn Smith officiating. Pallbearers will be Hunter Mounts, Anthony Vaughn, Matt Miles, Gary, Jonathan, and Kyle Fultner. Honorary pallbearers will be Jarrod Fultner, Caleb Jones, Logan Light, John Calvin Fultner, Brentley Fultner, Henry Fultner, Colt Mounts, Gabe Taylor, Wayne Colley, and Jackson Miles. Interment will follow in the Old Military Cemetery.
Visitation will be Saturday from 5 PM to 7 PM in the Bryan Chapel.
