The Jonesboro Police Department released a statement today saying the a body was discovered Monday afternoon in a pond located on Lakeshore Drive.
JPD CID and the Craighead County Coroner were called to the 900 block, after residents discovered the body of a deceased male.
No identification has been made at this time according to the Jonesboro Police Department.
