A Mountain Home man has been arrested and released for the second time in a year on charges of sexual assault.
According to authorities David Eugene White, age 75 who was originally arrested and released in June of 2022 for Rape, 2nd Degree Sexual Assault, Sexual Indecency with a Child, and Sexually Grooming a Child.
Charges this time on White are listed as Rape and 2nd Degree Sexual Assault.
White was held in the Baxter County Detention Center, until his release on the same day after a $150,000 bond was posted.
