Carroll Deen, 72, of Imboden, Arkansas passed away on January 18, 2023, at St. Bernard’s Medical Center in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Carroll was born in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas on June 25, 1950, to Henry Jackson Deen and Mary Renfro.

Carroll’s favorite thing in life was to be sitting on the porch or around a table with his friends and family spending time together. Carroll had a passion for music and singing. Carroll’s friends and family enjoyed playing songs for him to guess who sang the song, trying to stump him but they never did. He had a vast knowledge of music.

Carroll is preceded in death by his parents Henry Jackson Deen and Mary Renfro; previous wife Judy Minor; brother Farren Renfro; sisters Brenda Whitmire and Linda Pope; grandchild Lucky Brown; great grandchild Brian Stone; and 2 stepchildren.

Carroll is survived by his wife Cindy Deen; son Billy (Amanda) Deen of Ravenden, Arkansas; daughters Jennifer (Agustin Munoz) Deen of Imboden, Arkansas, Heather (Brian) Stone of Ravenden, Arkansas, Jackie Deen of Warren, Arkansas, Hilary Deen and Emily Deen both of Jonesboro, Arkansas; 31 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; 5 step children; brothers Jerry “Jackie” (Kathy) Deen of Benton, Arkansas, Carl (Rita) Deen of Benton, Arkansas, Oral Renfro of Imboden, Arkansas, Darren “Bo” (Terri) Renfro of Benton, Arkansas, Aaron “Spanky” (Teresa) Renfro of Benton, Arkansas, and Jeffery (Tina) Deen of Imboden, Arkansas; sister Rose (Michael) Bell of Benton, Arkansas; and many nieces, nephews, and loved ones.

Services will be held in the chapel of Hope Gardens Funeral Home. Cremation has been chosen as the method of final disposition. A visitation will be held on Saturday, January 21, 2022, from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm; with a funeral service to immediately follow with Ricky Hawkins officiating.
