Authorities are reporting a Mountain Home resident has been arrested and released after posting bond, after law enforcement discovered he was operating what was described as a “Gambling House” out of his business.
Law Enforcement discovered this after responded to an alarm being set off in the Eastside Center Court, located off of Highway 62 In Mountain Home.
Investigators found a burglary event and a missing safe, as well as Casino styled games, where customers could receive payouts through services such as PayPal.
The business was operating as a smoke shop, 39-year-old Muaad Al Maliki was arrested, and has since posted his $5,000 bond.
