Authorities say Tomalee Hodges, age 39 from Clarkridge, AR has been formally charged with 1st Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child after appearing in the Baxter County Circuit Court on December 12th.
This investigation relates to the arrest of Mark William Hodges, age 47, where an investigation involving the Baxter County Sheriff’s Office, the Mountain Home Police Department and the Crimes Against Children Division of the Arkansas State Police took place.
Mark Hodges was booked in May of 2022 with charges including Rape, 1st Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and Probation Violation. He is being held in the Baxter County Detention Center on a $250,000 bond.
