Roger Lee Young, 37 of Smithville died October 5, 2022, at his residence.
Born January 21, 1985, in Allegan, MI, son of Larry and Brenda Reed Young. He was a welder at MCS; and he did some carpenter work, building houses. He was of the Baptist Faith.
Roger was preceded in death by his father, Larry Young.
Survivors include a daughter, Kimber Riley Ann Young; his mother, a stepson, Brayden Nutt; his mother, Brenda Young of Pocahontas; a sister, Michelle (Cliff) Monroe of Strawberry; and many other relatives and friends.
A Graveside Service will be held Saturday, October 15, 2022, at 2:00 PM in the Jones-Ridge Cemetery near Delaplaine with Bro. Deshawn Pankey officiating. Pallbearers will be Dillan Ferguson, Skylar Sloan, Adam Parker, Kyle Brady, Jared Parker, and Jimmy Mize.
