HELP WANTED:

*Lawrence County Cooperative School, Inc. is taking applications to work at the Haynes House group home and our new home “Angie’s House”. There will multiple positions available. They will be 2nd shift 12pm-10pm and WEEKENDS. These are full time 40-hour positions. Worker’s will begin assisting in setting up the new home and transitioning clients around November, as we are looking to be open in the early part of December.

*We also have 2 positions in our community waiver program.

 

—-One client in need of 40-hour weekend services. Each client’s service would be provided in the employees home every weekend .

—-One part time position available :

-18-year-old female ( Pocahontas area) . Services will be provided in client’s home. Hours are subject to be flexible.

You must have a high school diploma, GED, or 2 years verifiable proof of working with an individual with disabilities. A drug screening along with several other background checks will be required as part of the initial hire.

COVID vaccination is required within 40 days of hire. Van driving and outings are required. Kindness and patience are a must.

 

We are looking for people who desire to seek long term employment. We offer a full benefit package that includes Major medical, dental, life insurance, paid time off, and holiday pay. Vacation is available after one year. If you are scheduled to work a holiday , you will be paid double pay up to 8 hours. Then time and half thereafter for hours worked. We have an increased “starting Salary” after 90 days, so if you have worked for us in the past or applied and the salary was below your current position, please reach back out to us. We have lifted the starting salary in hopes to have more competitive wages and keep a strong and dedicated work team.
