Authorities say a woman from Batesville has been arrested on charges involving  stolen credit card numbers.

According to official reports, Christine Antoinette Newman, age 39, worked for a cleaning company at First Community Bank and admitted that she had taken and used stolen credit card numbers from the bank and that she had also stolen checks but had not tried to cash them.

Newman faces 11 felonies and 5 misdemeanor charges, including theft of property, fraudulent use of a credit card, identity fraud and Forgery.

The fraudulent charges totaled over $29,000. Newman’s bond is set at $50,000
