The Pocahontas Police Department has announced the arrest of Britney Madden on August 11th after conducting a home compliance at the suspect’s residence.
Authorities stated Britney Madden was developed as a suspect in an investigation of approximately $10,000 in stolen jewelry.
Authorities said the items were stolen from an elderly couple she was hired to care for.
During the search, Pocahontas Police Officers were able to recover the stolen jewelry along with Methamphetamine drugs.
Britney Madden was arrested and taken to the Randolph County Jail for an arraignment hearing.
