Authorities are reporting a Fulton County man has been charged and is being held on a $350,000 bond after law enforcement investigators say he raped a child 14 times.
On Aug. 4th the Fulton County sheriff’s department arrested Cody Rivers Redding, age 26 on 14 counts of rape, two counts of sexually grooming a child, along with two counts of sexual indecency with a child.
Authorities say the child told their grandmother on Aug. 3rd about a sexual game they played with the suspect.
The child was interviewed by Crimes Against Children Division and described various sexual acts Redding performed on them along with exposing the minor to pornographic videos.
Redding reportedly “corroborated” the victim’s account and told investigators he had performed the acts “about 14 times” in the past year and a half.
On August 4th a judge found probable cause to charge him, Redding was arrested by authorities and is being held on a $350,000 bond.
