Thrisa Lee Bradley Gentry, 82 of Walnut Ridge, died July 26, 2022, in the Lawrence Hall Nursing Center.
Born January 3, 1940, in Swifton; daughter of the late, Luther Eugene and Inez Jones Bradley. She worked for Remington Arms Ammunition Factory and was the 1st female ballistic tester for the company. Thrisa was a loving wife, mother, avid shopper, and of the Missionary Baptist faith.
She is preceded by her parents; her husband, George Gentry; one son, James Christopher Parrish; a brother, Johnny Bradley and a sister, Millie Holland.
Survivors include her daughter, Sheri (Adam) Adams of Jacksonville; three grandchildren, Bradley (Claire) Wilkerson, Brian Adams, and Christopher (Ashley) Parrish; eight great grandchildren, Hunter, Ashley, Ava Rose, Blake, Oliver, Violet, Maggie, and Madden; one sister, Lynda (Alex) Latham of Portia; and many other relatives and friends.
Funeral Service will be Thursday, July 28, 2022, at 1 P.M. in the Bryan Chapel with Bro. James Sullivan officiating. Pallbearers will be her grandsons and family. Interment will follow in the Clover Bend Cemetery.
Visitation will from 12 P.M. till 1 P.M. Thursday.
