Authorities say a Mountain Home man was killed and another man was injured in a boating accident that happened on Friday night on Norfork Lake.
According to reports Max Atkinson, age 73, was killed and Steve Curtis was injured when their boat collided with the U.S. Highway 62/412 bridge.
Curtis was flown from the scene to a Missouri Hospital.
The two men were reportedly taking part in a fishing tournament.
Arkansas Game and Fish is conducting the accident investigation.
