The following individuals were incarcerated last week in the Izard County Detention Center, according to Chief Deputy Charley Melton.
Richard Harris Smith, 46, of Mathiston, Mississippi was arrested June 13 for failure to appear.
Erick Chavez, 25, of Ash Flat was arrested June 13 for public intoxication, no vehicle insurance, no proof of insurance and possession of an open container of alcohol.
LeAnn Johnson, 38, of Horseshoe Bend was arrested June 15 for manufacture of a schedule VI Controlled Substance, a class C felony, two counts simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, class Y felonies, maintaining a drug premise, a class B felony and three counts of endangering the welfare of a minor in the 3rd Degree. Bond was set at $50,000.
Seth Johnson, 44, of Horseshoe Bend was arrested June 16 for manufacture of a schedule VI Controlled Substance, a class C felony, two counts simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, class C felonies, maintaining a drug premise, a class C felony and three counts endangering the welfare of a minor in the 3rd Degree. Bond was set at $50,000.
Bryce Byler, 18, of Horseshoe Bend was arrested June 16 for battery 3rd Degree,
Phillip Casey, 59, of Oxford was arrested June 16 for battery 3rd Degree.
Eric Chavez, 25, of Ash Flat was arrested June 17 for violation of Omnibus DWI Act, vehicles to be driven on the right side of the road and possession of open container of alcohol.
Richard Huff, 41, of Oxford was arrested on June 17 on a failure to appear warrant out of Izard County District Court.
Danny Smith, 44, of Marked Tree was arrested June 18 on a child support pick up order.
Courtney Burke, 26, of Viola was arrested on June 18 for possession of drug paraphernalia and driving left of center.
Jonathan Gitzen, 27, of Salem was arrested on June 19 for driving on a suspended license and an investigative hold.
