Wilbur “Brock” Wheeler, 37, of Ravenden passed away Wednesday, June 1st, 2022.
He was born September 11, 1984 in Pocahontas to Lloyd E. “Tye” and Kimberly Annette Jones Wheeler. He worked as a van driver for Midsouth Health Systems in Pocahontas. Brock had a larger than life, big personality, with a huge heart. He deeply loved his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Lloyd E. “Tye” Wheeler; maternal grandfather, Harold Lee Jones; paternal grandparents, Wilbur and Jessie Wheeler; uncle and aunts, David “Hoss” and Joann Wheeler, and Carissa Valencourt.
Brock is survived by his mother and stepfather, Kim and Rick Moore of Ravenden; maternal grandmother, Brenda (Charles) House of Black Rock; uncles, Blake (Dottie) Jones of Imboden, Tracy (Valerie) Jones of Ravenden, Matthew Jones of Pocahontas, and Daryl (Aime) Wheeler of New Orleans, Louisiana; aunts, Sheila Bean of Pocahontas, Andrea (Scott) Manning of Pocahontas, Shannon Numera of Atoka, Tennessee, and J.J. Ferlitto of Atoka, Tennessee; and a host of cousins, friends, and extended family that he loved dearly.
Visitation will be Sunday, June 5, 2022 from 1-3 PM at Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church at Annieville with a funeral service beginning at 3 PM with Creston Hutton and Jerry Clements officiating. Burial will follow in Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
