A motor vehicle accident on Hwy 395 in Fulton County took the life of a Salem, AR man on Friday morning.
According to the ASP fatal crash report a 2013 Dodge driven by Thomas Bassham, age 19 of Salem was traveling south bound on Hwy 395 when the vehicle left the roadway, went into a ditch, and struck a tree.
The report states Bassham was killed as a result of the crash.
The Arkansas State Police investigated the accident.
Weather conditions were cloudy, and road conditions were dry at the time of the crash.
