Update: Early Monday morning authorities secured an area off Nine Mile Ridge Road that contains wreckage of the missing plane.
The FAA says the plane was reportedly low on fuel and seeking a nearby airport.

Previous post: Authorities are still searching the area of Nine Mile Ridge Road and Slick Rock Road for the reported plane crash that occurred last night before 6pm.
Due to nightfall and foggy conditions, search crews were unsuccessful in locating the aircraft overnight.
A command post was set up at the Nine Mile Ridge Fire Department to look for the unconfirmed wreckage.
The Arkansas State Police and Federal Aviation Administration are both participating in the crash investigation.
No other details or updates have been released at this time, we will update as information becomes available.
Original article: Search crews from Nine Mile Ridge Fire Department along with assistance from Hardy Fire, Hardy PD, Ash Flat Fire, Sharp County and Fulton County Deputies are in the area of Slick Rock Road where the plane reportedly went down.
Sharp County was notified around 5:34pm by numerous reports of the crash by residents.
Firefighters are searching the wooded area for wreckage. Medical units are on standby near the scene.
