The Pocahontas Police Department is investigating a rash of “Porch Pirate†incidents and vehicle break ins that have occurred lately.
Investigator Rocky Jones states that he believes there may be more victims and urges them to comes forward.
Jones stated that one individual is in custody (identity of the suspect has not been released pending formal charges). Jones believes there are also more suspects at large.
If you have had a vehicle burglarized or packages stolen during this holiday season you are urged to contact the Pocahontas Police Department at 870-892-9867.
Also if you have video surveillance or photos of suspects from your home or video surveillance/security system, these could be helpful to investigators in identifying other suspects involved.
