According to reports, a man from Fulton County is facing charges of terroristic threatening after allied threatening his neighbor.

Mammoth Spring Police stated that  Joe Glaser, age 59, threatened his neighbors by telling them he was going to kill them. 

Glaser then threatened his neighbor that if he didn’t help jump-start his motorcycle that he had a .45 caliber weapon and would burn down his house because he was black and that the location was a white neighborhood. 
Glaser was arrested and transported to the Fulton County Detention Center.

While being booked into the Fulton County Detention Center , Glaser also threatened to kill a Sheriff’s Deputy.

Glaser is facing 2 charges of felony terroristic threatening in the first degree. His bond was set at $5,000.
