3rd Judicial Prosecutor Ryan Cooper announced today that Robert Dunn, age 48 of Tuckerman was sentenced to 300 months in the Arkansas Department Of Corrections following his conviction for rape in Jackson County by Judge Rob Ratton.
The case was presented by Sexual Assault Prosecutor John Pettie, under the sentencing guidelines Dunn will have to serve 70% of the sentence before becoming eligible for parole.
