Quake Lewellyn who is charged with killing of Sydney Sutherland who went missing after she went jogging is seeking to delay his trial.

Attorneys for Lewellyn on Friday requested a judge to continue his trial until next spring, originally it was set to begin in September. The murder suspects attorneys cited the volume of work and blamed delays on coronavirus pandemic court closures.
