DeLena Lynn Clements, 41 of Black Rock died May 11, 2021 at her home.
She was born November 8, 1979 at Paragould to Susan and Jody Haynes and was united in marriage to Derek Clements on December 17, 2010. She was a CNA for 20 years, and a proud mother to three fur babies Diamond, Daisy, and DJ.
Preceding her in death was her father Timmy Kirks,
Survivors include her husband, Derek Clements of the home; her biological father, Jody Haynes of West Plains; mother, Susan Kirks of Ravenden; two sisters, Vanessa Kirks of Ravenden, and Dorothy Goforth of Imboden; three brothers, Matt and Timothy Kirks of Kentucky, and David Kirks of Georgia; sixteen nieces and nephews; three great nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, May 22, 2021 at 2:00 PM at the Imboden Community Center.
