Governor Hutchinson extends the COVID-19 public health emergency to March 31st.
March 31st the mask mandate will change from a directive to guidance if meet certain health criteria is met. The 7-day rolling average of testing positivity rate must remain below 10 percent after an average of 7,500 people tested daily.
All other public health directives converted to voluntary guidance, includes dining, gyms, salons, etc.
The Arkansas Department of Health quarantine and isolation requirements will remain in place.
Continue to follow social distancing, wearing of masks, and washing hands.
