Black River Technical College’s Fall 2020 graduation ceremony will be held on Thursday, December 17. Commencement exercises will be held in the Randolph County Development Center at 6:30 p.m.

Graduates will be presented their diplomas on stage while their families are invited to watch the ceremony on Facebook Live or in the safety of their own vehicles. The ceremony will be shown in the RCDC parking lot on the big screen of James Junction, the local drive-in theater.

Black River Technical College is a 2-year community college in Pocahontas and Paragould, which offers associates degrees and certificates in general education and technical and career education.  The College houses one of the state’s law enforcement training academies (LETA) and fire science academies.  BRTC has 2,500 full- and part-time students.
