The Jonesboro ICAC Division, along with the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office, arrested David Matthew Smith of Walnut Ridge this morning for Distribute Possess Viewing Matter Depicting Sexual Conduct Involving a Child.
An investigator with the Department’s High Tech Crimes Unit received a tip that two video files, depicting child exploitation, were uploaded onto the web from an account registered to Mr. Smith.
He was arrested on a Bench Warrant and is being held in CCDC.
