The search resumes this morning for a missing 25 year old woman out of Jackson County, Arkansas. Sydney Sutherland went missing at around 3 pm Wednesday, August 19th. She was was known to be running on Highway 18, right outside of Grubbs, AR.

Sydney Sutherland has blonde hair, brown eyes, height- 5’3, weight- 103, last seen wearing a white tank top, black and athletic shorts.

Sutherland’s vehicle and personal items were still at her home in Grubbs.

On Wednesday authorities conducted a search of the area in which she was last seen using search dogs provided by the Arkansas Department of Corrections and a helicopter was provided by the Arkansas State Police. Wednesday night a BOLO was put out to all surrounding counties with descriptive information and last known whereabouts.

A press conference will be held at 11:00 am today to coordinate search efforts and update the latest information according to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Department.

Jackson County authorities stated that rumors circulating on social media concerning abduction by two men in a truck with TX tags is untrue and is hurting the investigation.
