The executive order by the governor is set to go into effect on Monday, the directive requires every person in Arkansas to wear a face covering :
All indoor environments where you are exposed to non-household members and distancing cannot be assured
All outdoor settings where you are exposed to non-household members and ample distance cannot be achieved
The executive order will have the force of the law according to the governor with fines of $100 to $500 for adult offenders. No arrest, only verbal warnings and citations.
