27 year old, James Kewarren Kendrick was arrested in Mt. View after allegedly watching children at a private pool. Charges were filed after the investigation into the complaint led authorities to search his phone, the suspect confessed to stalking the minor and sending text messages asking the child for sex. Kendrick was charged with Felony Internet Stalking.
Kendrick was arrested and bond was set in the amount of $50,000.
Kendrick shows to have an extensive criminal background according to authorities with charges ranging from commercial burglary to drug charges.
