A Paragould man was found safe after a 30 hour ordeal on the Black River by Clay County Task Force, Arkansas Game and Fish along with civilian volunteers.
The fisherman reportedly launched his boat on Friday around 8am and was not heard from after that.
According to the task force a multiple agency was launched including air support after family reported the man had not returned from his fishing trip.
The fisherman was found on Sunday safe and not injured, he was returned to his family.
