Arkansas State Police released the preliminary crash report on an ATV accident that occur on HWY 25 in Independence County. The crash occurred April 25th.
According to the ASP report 22 year old Jose Neri of Desha was killed when two atv’s heading west on HWY 25 made contact with each other causing both ATV’s to overturn. The driver of the second ATV was taken to a Batesville hospital for treatment of injuries.
The accident occurred at 11:45 pm according to the ASP report. Road conditions were reported as dry, weather conditions were listed as clear.
