584 total cases of COVID-19 in Arkansas
84 of these are healthcare workersÂ
32 total who’ve been on a ventilator
2 additional deaths, bringing the total to 10 deaths
The two deaths are of individuals over age 65.
Lab testing is being scaled up.
The Governor announced a partnership with Wal-mart and Quest laboratories for drive thru testing in Bentonville.
State parks – Beginning April 3rd the Arkansas State Parks will be day use only. Parking will be designated to the parking lot only, no overflow. Some trails will be closed and those will be posted on the state park website. Petit Jean and Pinnacle Mountain will both have trails closed.
Buffalo River Scenic National Park will be recommended by Governor to be closed during this epidemic.
